If God cannot change, is it worthwhile praying? The fact that God cannot change appears to get in the way of a Christian prayer. For some people, it is in fact a contradiction. This has led to so many erroneous positions in a bid to eliminate either of the two. This book is an effort at reconciling the immutability of God with the efficacy of Christian prayer. Both are not opposed to each other. God answers our prayers yet he remains unchangeable. But how does this happen? Our understanding of God determines how we pray. Consequently, when our conception of God is erroneous, then we will be praying wrongly. Education in prayer is therefore a vital necessity for contemporary Christians. The Apostles even asked Jesus to teach them how to pray. As proper Jews they had been praying all their life but they still needed to be educated on the methodology and intricacies of prayer. This book is an effort at education in prayer.
